Product Returns

Reimbursements
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the package containing the originally ordered product(s), whether opened or unopened. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the received date and must include the RMA number obtained from customer service. We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, covering shipping and handling charges. A refund will be issued for one order per customer. Multiple repetitive refunds are not allowed unless the delivered product is defective. We retain the right to deny a refund to any customer making repetitive refund requests or those we believe are doing so in bad faith.
To facilitate your refund, please provide us with your name and delivery address. Insufficient or incorrect information may result in a delay in processing your refund. Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be applied.
